The service offered was very good. I booked a standard studio, it was airy and had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven. Great value for money breakfast served in the bar. The location was perfect for me, in Ibiza city center.
The staff were extremely rude, didn't expect that coming.

Had 7 nights in Ibiza Town, spending our time here lovely. Great-sized units with a big balcony, modern fridge, as for instance, and the staff where superfriendly. Good location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Furthermore, the area was nice quiet. The hotel was great affordable and modern and the poolside restaurant was small.
